June 9, 2026, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm – Back To The Roots: Rural Development Compliance Essentials. In person learning presented by Ronnette Smith with Zeffert & Associates. Participants will gain a basic understanding of the USDA Rural Development program, in multi-family housing, how the programs operate, who they serve, and the compliance responsibilities tied to RD funded properties. We break down the “regulatory wall” into manageable bricks, focusing on how to qualify tenants and avoid compliance pitfalls. You’ll learn the lifecycle of an RD file from the application to the final signature on the tenant certification.
