This class is designed to familiarize and explain the Rural Development Program to new managers, regional managers or nonprofit board members. Tina will discuss RD Handbook 3560 policies and procedures, including terminology, basic 515 program requirements, income limits, utility allowances, applications, waiting list requirements, issuing RA, certification procedures, verification procedures, required forms and assembling complete tenant files.
Tina will also cover Income, Assets and Allowances during this session. This training program is designed to define the income, assets and allowable deductions for the RD 515 program. It also includes training on proper verification, due dilligence, and how to calculate 30 percent of the adjusted monthly income and the qualified rent payment.
Class is limited to 20 students and will start promptly at 9:30 AM. Lunch is on your own and dress is casual. Feel free to bring a drink and/or snack.
Class will meet in the conference room at Valenti Real Estate Services. VRES is located directly behind the Immediate Care building on N. Girls School Road.
