In just four months in 2013, AHAIN has provided nine continuing education opportunities to more than 300 housing professionals from Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Kentucky. With more than double the amount of events on this year’s calendar, AHAIN is committed to providing its membership with relevant trainings and elite instructors in the affordable housing industry.
AHAIN is proud to introduce a new membership opportunity for management companies to enhance corporate staff development. This membership structure will allow management companies to designate eight corporate staff to attend AHAIN-sponsored training sessions at member pricing, including the annual conference.

What will I receive for my $300 management company membership fee?
This yearly fee will allow for eight corporate staff - you designate the eight - to attend AHAIN events at member pricing, including the annual conference. Also, AHAIN management company members can join the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH) at a discounted rate.
Management companies haven't paid membership dues before. Why now?
That's true, but in no other year has AHAIN been able to provide such supreme training opportunities. Welcoming management companies to our membership will allow AHAIN to provide elite training for affordable housing professionals. Plus, we welcome your suggestions for training topics to meet your company's needs.
