Every major affordable housing program has rules about the eligibility of students in addition to requirements regarding the treatment of income received by students. In this session, Amanda Lee will simplify these complex student rules, so that attendees walk away with a clear understanding of which student rules apply to their project as well as how to maintain compliance with student rules when a project has more than one housing program.
