IHCDA released Real Estate Department (RED) Notice 17-48
This notice is a reminder to all property management agents of IHCDA funded rental housing to confirm that their property information is updated in the Indiana Housing Now website and through the IHCDA Online Management System tenant event reporting.
IHCDA is preparing to help provide housing options to displaced persons who have lost their residence as a result of Hurricane Harvey and may be looking to relocate to Indiana. As part of this effort, it is critical to have updated information on vacant units.
