What's new? TRACS 202D
The current version of TRACS, 202C, is being upgraded to 202D in order for HUD to accept data from Multifamily Housing (MFH) business partners that complies with updated policies and procedures. National trainer Nicole Scott will provide attendees with TRACS Release 202D training to prepare users for the important updates that have been made to the TRACS system.
The training will cover all updates to tenant and voucher/payment system record files as well as to HUD’s corresponding paper certification and voucher forms.
Additionally, the training will highlight applicable policy changes. Please note that the training will not cover the submission process or how these changes appear in the various property management software systems; instead this course is designed specifically to cover the substantive changes implemented with TRACS Release 202D.
Nicole Scott has worked in the affordable housing industry as an IT professional for over a decade. She has expansive technical knowledge and firm understanding of compliance rules and regulations in Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher, LIHTC, and the HOME program.
