This session is designed for technicians and service managers at all levels of expertise. It includes HVAC terminology, fundamentals of refrigerant and the refrigeration cycle, and components and functions of an HVAC system. In this class technicians will learn the diagnostic fundamentals of HVAC systems and well as effectively troubleshooting components.

Since the Thanksgiving holiday is close, you’ll also learn tips to make electric range repairs simpler. This will greatly reduce troubleshooting time in the field, in someone’s home, and develop efficiency in system diagnostics.

Mark Cukro is the president of Plus One Consulting, Inc. Through Mark’s upbeat approach to delivering technical information, each student is engaged and encouraged to learn how to work more effectively in the multi-housing and service industry. Mark was the Director of Service Team Development for Colonial Properties Trust, Inc, a New York Stock Exchange traded company with 148 properties and more than 48,000 apartment homes.
