IHCDA NE REGIONAL STRATEGIC PLAN SESSION

NE Regional Strategic Plan Session

“At the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) we know that in order to meet our mission and objectives we need help and support from our partners. Which is why we are seeking your input as we develop our 2017-2020 Strategic Plan. To do so, we will be conducting listening sessions around the state. At these sessions we hope to create a collaborative, solutions-focused environment where we accurately identify the best approaches for creating an Indiana with a sustainable quality of life for all Hoosiers in the community of their choice.”

The NE Regional Strategic Plan Session, hosted by the Affordable Housing Association of Indiana (AHAIN) will take place March 15, 2017 at the Allen County Library in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

9:00-9:05 Brief welcome from Regional Host organization leadership or site host

9:05-9:10 Welcoming remarks from any local elected officials or other elected officials (if any in attendance)

9:10-9:15 Greeting from Jake Sipe, IHCDA Executive Director

9:15-9:20 Introduction of facilitator and rules of the road

9:20-11:30 Facilitated discussion with a break somewhere in the middle

11:30-12:00 Wrap up, information on next steps and opportunities to engage with the Strategic Plan in the future
