The 2020 USDA Rural Development income limits were updated via a special Procedure Notice effective 5/04/20.
The Indiana MFH direct income limits can be found here and are effective June 1, 2020.

MFIS tables, tenant certs and recerts effective 6/1/20 may be impacted by the new income limits. These same income limits are used for certain SFH borrower payment assistance method 1 renewals by NFAOC (formerly CSC). RHS maintains a “hold harmless” policy, so our income limits are never decreased (only increased based on data from HUD).
Also please be aware that a new income band has been added: Moderate Income-Guar Loan is defined as the greater of 115% of the U.S. Median Family Income or 115% of the avg. of the state-wide and state non-metro median family incomes or 115/80ths of the area low-income limit.
