USDA’s Office of Rural Development recently published Procedural Notice 553 announcing final management fees for FY 2022. Each state’s management fee adjustment can be found on pages 54-55 (attachment 3-F, Chapter 3 of HB-2-3560) in Chapter 3 of the Asset Management Guidebook.
For FY 2022, the base fee will increase by $2.00, and the add-on fees will be $5.00 per unit per month.
