As you know, USDA Rural Development (RD) structured implementation policies and procedures to mirror those of the HUD Section 8 Program at 24 CFR part 5, Subpart L – Protections for Victims of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault or Stalking (5.2001 – 5.2011), with the exception of the policies and procedures as outlined in the Administrative Notice #4814, dated January 18, 2017, “Implementation of 42 U.S.C. 14043e-11 of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act in Rural Development’s Multi-Family Housing Programs.”
